So what if Jackie Shroff had some lukewarm films in recent times like 'We R Friends', 'Bhoot Unkle' and 'Mera Dil Leke Dekho'. He has a reason to smile since he may soon be seen filling up the BIG shoes of none other than Late Amrish Puri saab.
If trade buzz is to believed, Jaggu dada would enact the memorable role of Rakka that was played by Amrish Puri in Feroz Khan's action thriller 'Qurbani'. Feroz Khan's 'Kurbani', the remake of his yesteryear hit, is soon to go on floors and would apparently pit Jaguu dada against Fardeen Khan [who steps into Feroz Khan's shoes in the film]. Meanwhile Feroz Khan himself plays the most interesting character of the film, Inspector Amjad Khan, which was incidentally played by Late Amjad Khan saab!
