After months of speculation finally it is true that Katrina will be a part of Salman Khan’s next venture with Kabir Khan as its director. Reports of Katrina might or might not do the film were all over as Priyanka Chopra and Deepika Padukone were also in the rat race for the role.
This is the first time that the once off screen couple will be reuniting after Subhash Ghai’s Yuvraaj. “Salman who got irked after Kat was in a dilemma to say or no to this particular role has finally resolved issues with Kat”, added a source.
Add to it, she being a good friend of Kabir Khan who earlier directed her in New York paved way for Katrina into film after initial conjectures.
Incidentally this would be Kat’s third film with Yashraj banner this year provided she’s already participating in Meri Brother Ki Dulhan opposite Imran Khan. She has a film with Yash Chopra opposite Shahrukh Khan in the lead. And now a film with her ex- Salman.
An official confirmation is awaited but sources strongly indicate that Kat will be a part of this film with Salman in the lead.
