Just when we thought that Ram Gopal Varma's lucky stars have started to shine again after the over whelming success of 'Phoonk', another heavyweight problem has surfaced for the maverick film maker to deal with.
Film financier Bharat Shah has filed a complaint against Ramu accusing him of breach of contract.
As a result the Indian Motion Pictures Producer's Association (IMPPA) has forwarded a letter to the film maker asking him for explanation.
The complaint by Bharat Shah accuses Mr.Varma of failing to return back Rs250 million that was given for carrying out the production of films such as 'Satya', 'Company', 'Mast', and 'Jungle'.
Shah also says that Ram Gopal Varma gave him the promise of giving Shares of Varma Corporation Limited worth Rs.100 million as and when the company's name is listed and so far he has failed to carry out any actions to fulfill his given word.
Right now the Indian Motion Pictures Producer's Association is waiting for Mr.Varma to give a reply to its query.
