Kammatipaadam, the upcoming Dulquer Salmaan starring action thriller, has bagged an 'A' certificate from the censor board. The certification has shocked the audiences, who are eagerly waiting for the movie.
According to the sources, Kammatipaadam bagged an 'A' certificate, due to the excessive violence content. The censor board has also chopped off some major sequences of the movie, due to the same.
The movie's initial duration was more than 2.45 hours, but now it has been reduced to approximately 2 hours 30 minutes. It is the first Dulquer Salmaan movie to bag an 'A' certificate from the censor board. Kammatipaadam marks the first collaboration of Dulquer, with National award-winning cinematographer-director Rajeev Ravi. The movie is scripted by the senior writer-director turned actor, P Balachandran.
The recently released official trailer has taken the social media by storm. The audiences are eagerly waiting for the release of Kammatipaadam, which is one of the most challenging films in Dulquer's career. Madhu Neelakandan is the director of photography. John P Varkey and Vinayakan compose the songs and background score. Kammatipaadam is produced by Prem Menon, under the banner Global United Media.
