Puli Murugan official teaser recently crossed 10 Lakhs views on YouTube when it completes one month of release. It is the first Malayalam teaser to cover 10 Lakhs views within such a short period.
Earlier, Puli Murugan teaser has broken the record created by the official trailer of recently released Dulquer Salmaan movie Kali, by covering 5 Lakhs views on YouTube, within the first 24 hours of release. The Vysakh-directed movie, which stars Mohanlal in the title role Murugan, is the most anticipated Malayalam project of the year. Puli Murugan is said to be the most expensive movie ever made in M'town.
