- 1 MethodMix Rava, maida flour, and Rice all all purpose flour in Water to make slightly Watery batter.
- 2 fry Cumin Seed, finely Chopped green chills, Ginger, Chopped Curry Leaves.
- 3 Add all fried Ingredients in the batter.
- 4 Keep this batter in room temperature for atleast 20 minutes before making dosas.
- 5 After 20 mins make dosai as usual making dosai. {.] serve it hot with spicy Chutney
