Ajmal announced his arrival as a name to reckon with in Kollywood by his breakthrough performance as 'Kiruba' in 'Anjathey'.
He is currently busy with the film 'TN 07 AL 4777'. His other ventures include a romantic comedy film to be directed by Nandini and produced by Satyam Cinemas, the filming for which would start on October 10th and another film to be directed by Venkat, an associate of Director Saran, which would start in January.
Rumors were going around that the actor refrained from the divulgence of his conjugal status and about a toddler of his own. Ajmal, dismissing those statements, said that 'There is absolutely no truth in it. It is thoroughly needless to conceal my marital life. However, it's true that a producer wanted me not to disclose about it, but I never agreed to such demands.'
The actor currently contemplates his projects in Tamil and has turned down the offers from Malluwood.
