The popular Tamil actor Sarath Kumar, who recently entered sandalwood with the film ‘Sarathi’, was injured on the sets while working for the film on Monday.
Recent reports say that the actor who is doing a stunt sequence near Puducherry for the film was thrown away by a horse and he was immediately taken to nearby hospital by the team members and it was said that there was a fracture on his back.
Later, he was shifted to Chennai hospital and he was asked to take rest by the doctors. Doctors said “There is nothing to worry about Sarath’s health condition. He will be perfectly alright soon.”
Distressed over the incident, ‘Sarathi’ film producer K C N Chandrasekaran said, “Sarath is a great horse rider. We are clueless how the mishap occurred. He will get well soon and we are hopeful of working with him again after three weeks.”
