For the climax scene, a reservoir set at a cost of Rs.30 lakhs was put up. Shooting was done in 10 prominent towns of 10 districts in Tamilnadu.
Thamizhvanan has already joined hands with Yuvan for the hit list in 'Kalvanin Kadhali'. So, the magic is repeated again here to rob young hearts. Two of the songs have been shot overseas. Actress Malavika has also shaked legs to one of the songs for the mesmerizing musical score of Yuvan Shankar Raja. After 'Paruthiveeran,' Ilayaraja has sung a song for his son Yuvan Shankar Raja. Cinematography by Venkatesh, Raju Sundaram's choreography and Anthony's editing are the other important features in the movie.
