A frontline actor in Telugu Cinema, Dr. Rajashekar shot to fame in Tamilnadu with 'Ithuthanda Police' decades ago. Although the title for this movie was appropriate for the story, all the other Telugu films he starred in, got dubbed in Tamil with rather weird names such as 'Evana Iruntha Enakkenna' and 'Udambu Eppadi Irruku'.
A Telugu film that stars Dr. Rajashekar, is all set to be dubbed in Tamil with the title 'Ozhunga Iru'. The film is directed by his wife Jeevitha.
Says Jeevitha, 'I am directing a film in Telugu called 'Sathyamevajayathe. Despite the fact that Rajasekhar was assaulted once and on another occasion a mob got into our office and burnt the script, we are focused on work. We'll launch the film next month. The movie will be releasing in Tamil as 'Ozhunga Iru'.
Sheril Pinty, Sanjana and Neetu Chandra feature as the three heroines in the film. Jeevitha denied reports that top actresses are refusing to act with her husband.
