Now Kerala Police has filed case against mollywood actress Rima Kallingal for mentioning Bhavana's name in facebook post on 13th July.
Section 228A of the Indian Penal Code prescribes imprisonment of up to two years for anyone who discloses the name or identity of sexual assault victims.
Rima Kallingal has posted the letter signed by Bhavana as an official statement and has mentioned "Dears, this is the statement of my friend and colleague", followed by the name of the victim.
