The story of the film which is set in the rural landscape will have the highly talented actress in a very important role which has a lot of scope for performance.
The name of the actor who was to act opposite Simran was not let out by the makers of 'Seval' till recently.
Now the suspense have been broken and it has been let out that actor Prem who did a commendable performance in the films 'Kannamma' and the recently released 'Nepali' in which he played the role of a tough policeman is cast opposite the actress who still have not lost an ounce of her charm.

The shooting of a marriage scene between Simran and Prem which was being canned in Thenkasi got delayed by a couple of hours as the Simran's flight got delayed.
The scene features the hero Bharat, Vadivelu, Manobala and about 30 junior artists.
