Here is the latest buzz making rounds that ace director Mani Ratnam is busy with the script work of his next film which would be made in Hindi. The film may also be made in bilingual versions in Hindi and Tamil.
Ekta Kapoor will produce the film on Balaji Productions banner. The film is touted to be a period backdrop flick and is set in pre-Independence era. The director is also in search of the top Bollywood cast for the film while he might rope in Kollywood actors for the Tamil version.
More details of this film are awaited. But with Mani Ratnam’s previous two films Raavanan and Kadal turning out to be duds at the Box-Office, his fans are hoping for the director to bounce back.
