Nivetha Pethuraj, the smart beauty who forayed into K Town with Nelson Venkatesan’s Oru Naal Koothu has signed on Udhayanidhi Stalin-Thalapathy film titled as Podhuvaaga En Manasu Thangam.
She also would be the leading lady in Shakthi Sounderrajan-Jayam Ravi venture Tik Tik Tik. Sharing her excitement, Nivetha says, “It is a space film. I will be playing a strong role, which will be very different. This is India’s first space film and hence everything will be different in this. I heard the one-liner of this story and accepted it. I had watched Shakthi sir’s Miruthan and am confident about him. It is going to be an overall family entertainer.
I will be shooting for Udhay sir’s project from October 1st. Right now I will be focusing on these two films only. Until I finish these, I am not going to take up any other project. These two would be a sort of lead for me.
I am very grateful to God for leading me in the right direction. I feel privileged that directors chose me among so many other girls. I am happy and I am rising tik tik tik!!!”
