Actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu, known mostly for essaying stylish roles onscreen, will be seen in a non-glamorous avatar for filmmaker Vetrimaaran's next Tamil directorial Vada Chennai, a two-part film featuring Dhanush in the lead role. "Samantha will play a slum girl in the film and she's also most likely to dub in her own voice. Playing a character with a tan and no make-up, she will also pick up the local accent," a source from the film's unit told IANS The film will roll from next year and Dhanush has already set aside nearly 200 days for its shoot. This will be the second time in a row Samantha will be teaming up with Dhanush, who had previously worked with her in upcoming film Thanga Magan, which is expected to hit the theatre in December for Christmas festival.
