Sarath Kumar was felicitated on Sunday by the Lions Club for successfully completing 100 films.
Speaking on the occasion, Sarath Kumar said, 'I am happy that God has given me enough opportunities to entertain the masses. I will continue to do so till the end of my life. I owe my gratitude to my fans, the producers and directors, who supported me in all my endeavours.'
The president of the Nadigar Sangam, Sarath Kumar urged the general public to strive for the society. 'Everyone should inculcate the habit of serving the needy and the downtrodden,' he said.
Heaping laurels on her husband, Radhika Sarath Kumar said, 'Sarath has always stood by the film industry even during the crisis times. He is keen on constructing a memorial for former Chief Minister Kamaraj. It would materialise this year.'
