In a bid to get the film 'Satyam' racy, dawdling scenes have reportedly been chopped off from the film.
Much was expected from the Vishal starrer 'Satyam' but unfortunately the expectation has been hampered because of some run-of-the-mill stuff. In view of this sources say that the movie has been trimmed to sustain momentum in the script following responses from the audience.
Over 25 minutes of the films including a song, comedy and stunt sequence have been reportedly chopped off from the movie. Hopes are that the crisper version would attract audiences.
According to Vishal, 'everyone said that the second half was very lengthy. So we decided to chop some sequences to make it crisper'.
'Satyam', starring Vishal, Nayantara and Upendra in lead roles also has Brahmanandham and Senthil in the cast. The film has been produced by G K Films Corporation and directed by Rajasekhar. Music is by Harris Jeyaraj.
