Director Tharun Gopi, who shot to fame with 'Thimiru' is the latest addition to directors turning hero.
The filmmaker is doing the lead role in a film titled 'Kaattupaya'. Produced by Madura Talkies, the film is being directed by Azhagan, a debutant.
'Kattupaya' is an out and out action film, quiet similar to 'Thimiru' and 'Kaalai', the directorial ventures of Tharun.
With a caption 'The Man', it is said that Tharun would share the screen with a new face in this film.
