Music composer Vijay Antony is now one of the most successful heroes in Kollywood with four consecutive hits. His latest film 'Pichaikkaran' has emerged as a genuine super hit of the year and has completed a remarkable 100 day run at the box office.
The film directed by Sasi was dubbed in Telugu and released as 'Bichagadu' recently. Official sources confirm that the Telugu version was no inferior to the original Tamil in terms of commercial success. Released over the past week end 'Bichagadu' has begun to alter many earlier records. The fact that this film with plenty of emotional and sentimental content has to compete with many big films and still excel speaks volume about the intensity of the success. It is worth noting that the film released in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana along with the biggie Mahesh Babu starrer 'Brahmotsavam'.
