Over the last 12 months, Anushka gained nearly 20 kg to play the role of an obese woman in Size Zero. Although the film failed to make an impact at the box-office, Anushka proved how far she can go to play a role. It was a herculean task for the Arundhati actress to shed all the extra weight and get back to her normal self.
It took a lot of hard work, hours of tireless workout and a strict diet regime to get into shape. The actress, we are told, is looking her best at the moment and when she recently made a public appearance, she caught many onlookers by surprise and awe. As she gets ready to resume work on Baahubali, Anushka has gone back to how she looked exactly a year ago before she started gaining weight for Size Zero.
She's also in talks for Chiranjeevi-starrer Telugu remake of Tamil blockbuster Kaththi, besides being the frontrunner for Ajith's next project.
