Zakir, who had acted in films such as Bachelors, Kuchi Kuchi Kunamma, is turning a director with 'Idee Asalu Katha'. Unlike many directors, he is honest to confess that his thriller is inspired by an Alfred Hitchcock's film.
He says, he has made necessary changes to suit the tastes of the audience here. The film is being under the Vijayamadhavi Movies' banner.
The shooting has started in the city today and the schedule will go on till March 15.
Avin and Akanksha play the lead in it. Zakir himself will be playing a special role in the film, apart from directing it.
