Reports were abuzz that Banjara Hills Police lodged a cheating and domestic violence case against Comedian Prithvi based on the complaint of Woman.
Prithvi interacted with media persons Today to convey his version: 'I don't know from where it has came from. Actually, This incident happened few weeks ago. I wasn't even here since two months. I came to know about it when I was in Manguluru. I came here…gave my explanation and everything got settled now'.
When quizzed about the identity of the woman who lodged complaint, Prithvi told she worked in his house in the past. 'Not just the Woman, even her Husband worked for Me. I don't understand why she made such allegations against Me. I doubt somebody has targeted me since the teaser release of 'Meelo Evaru Koteeswarudu'. Why because, I'm receiving threat calls and came across baseless allegations since then. Initially, I thought such things were parts and parcel of an actor's life and ignored them. May be, There could be someone behind this negative campaign as well. But, I have no clue who is it?,' he says.
As per the latest update, The Woman who lodged the complaint has already moved a petition seeking withdrawal of the case against Actor Prithvi.
