Valli Ravindra, a native of Uddulavadapalli in Nallamaada mandal of Anantapur district, reached K Raghavendra Rao's house located in Film Nagar site-2 at around 10 AM. Just when the Senior Director got into his car to go somewhere, The 28-Year-Old blocked his way and hurled abuses at him, even tried to break the car door. When the watchman tried to stop him, He pushed him aside and made attempts to drag the filmmaker out of the vehicle.
When Raghavendra Rao asked him, 'Nuvvu Evaru…Nee Problem Enti', Valli Ravindra accused the Director of copying his story of 'Sri Ramadasu' (2006) to make a feature film. He claimed to have sent the bound script of the movie to Raghavendra Rao in the year 2003.
However, Raghavendra Rao tried to expelling Ravindra that story of 'Sri Ramadasu' was penned by JJ Bharavi. But, He wasn't convinced and kept abusing him for not including his name in the title cards. Thereafter, Raghavendra Rao drove away in his car believing there will be no use of explaining to him.
Immediately, Ravindra took an iron rod from the nearby construction site and broke the glasses of Raghavendra Rao's house, damaged Audi, Benz and Santro cars. He even attacked the Watchman and Raghavendra Rao's son Prakash Rao. That's when Watchman and Prakash Rao got hold of him and locked him in the security room.
