The customs officials had notified regarding this parcel to Rai but she didn't revert back to their repeated notifications through letters. According to the customs officials she was not under investigation but if she continues to be non-cooperative with the investigations then she could face action under the Customs Act. The consignor is the one who is really answerable and can be questioned even if he is a Non-Indian.
