Making a remake is never an easy task. In that director Vincent Selvah, who has made Hindi Gayab as Githan in Tamil, had his task cut out. But considering the odds that he had to face, he has given a good account of himself and he has been aided in the main by Ramesh, the hero, who is earnest in his complex role.
