Tata Motors Group Tuesday reported an increase of 14 percent in its international sales, which stood at 102,411 units, for the month of February.
“Wholesales, including Jaguar-Land Rover, were 102,411 in February 2011, a growth of 14 percent over February 2010,” the company said in a statement.
The company also reported good cumulative sales figures for the first 11 months of the current fiscal year, with a growth of 26 percent.
Global sales of the auto giant in the commercial vehicles segment increased by 10 percent in February at 46,747 units, while the cumulative sales for the fiscal grew by 25 percent at 455,448 units.
Meanwhile, international passenger vehicles sales of the company last month increased by 18 percent at 55,664 units and cumulative sales by 27 percent at 514,681 units.
