Ismail Darbar headed for the Benefit

Music composer Ismail Darbar has gone the Himesh Reshammiya way in nurturing new talent. Ismail Darbar whose last composition was his debut Indipop album, has now taken a stand to promote new talent in the country. Ismail feels that there is a need to channelize the energy pouring out from the newer talents in the field of music.

Ismail Darbar is excited about his new role at the Benefit Film Academy as guru. The academy has been established to focus on training film aspirants and will cover multiple cities across India starting with Ahmedabad, Agra, Mangalore, Jamnagar and New Delhi. The academy endeavours to provide training to its students in the field of performing arts which includes acting, singing and dancing.

The academy headed by Ms. Ruby Agarwal and Ritu Popat will also have stalwarts like Saroj Khan and Roshan Taneja as the deans of dancing and acting respectively.

Ismail is kicked about his new role and promises to bring us many more Udit Narayan's and Reshammiya's.
