Acting in biopics is no easy task unless the actor or actress is ready to dedicate majority of their time to do all the feats required to bring the character to life. Keerthy Suresh was asked to gain weight to play the role of Savithiri in the upcoming biopic.
She was planning to gain weight but later got intimidated by the fact that Anushka, who also happens to be a yoga teacher had a tough time losing those extra pounds. Keerthy has now said no to gaining weight and asked the team to either do graphics or change in costumes to make her look heavy in the role of Savithiri.
