Rajinikanth's cult film in December

This cult is being seen as a passport to Rajinikanth in achieving 'Superstar' image. A story of a don who turns 'Auto driver' remained as a classic in the history books.It is now back in the news! The film is currently getting remastered to have a re-release on Superstar's upcoming birthday (66) I.e 12, December, 2016.The Suresh Krishna directorial, which had a phenomenal run at box-office, is considered as a major inspiration to many of the scripts post its release. Having run for more than a year in Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh, 'Baasha' is a game changer for Thalaivar.The remastered version will see the film getting enhanced and digitized in all aspects including sound and color.
