Allu Arjun's latest blockbuster Sarrainodu, which raked in over INR 100 crore from its Telugu version, released in Kerala as Yodhavu last Friday. The Malayalam dubbed version of the film is off to a flyer, setting new record for a Allu Arjun-starrer in the state. According to trade sources, the film released in 81 screens, which is more than the number of screens in which last Friday's Malayalam films released.
The film has reportedly grossed INR 2.5 crore from its opening weekend in Kerala and this is a new record for a dubbed film in the state. The exceptional start has really benefitted the Malayalam producer who paid a bomb to acquired the dubbing rights.
On Monday, Allu Arjun will celebrate the success of the film with his fans in Kerala. He will visit Kochi and Thrissur to extend his gratitude to his fans.
