Preparation Method

  1. 1 Cook the Cauliflower in little Water and Salt.
  2. 2 In a pan, heat Oil, splutter Mustard.
  3. 3 Add chopped Shallot, green Chilies, Pepper Powder, Curry Leaves and sauté.
  4. 4 Now add Coconut Grated and cooked Cauliflower and cook on a low flame.
  5. 5 Sprinkle little Pepper Powder and remove from fire.
