Rebel Star Prabhas, Anushka Shetty and Richa Gangopadhyay’s Mirchi released today. Mirchi is a romantic action movie. Prabhas, nushka Shetty and Richa Gangopadhyay are playing the main lead roles. Tamil actor Sathyaraj and Nadhiya playing important roles in this movie. Hamsa Nandini did a Special emergence in the title song.
Coming to the Mirchi movie story Jai (Prabhas) who moving parts as an architect. Here Rebel star Prabhas has shown three modulations in is character Jai as cool NRI, son of sweet parents and working as architect and mass young hero with powerful fights. He is happy go lucky youth who enjoys life to the fullest. He falls in love with Manasa (Richa Gangopadhyay).
Based on Manasa request, he comes back to India. In india Jai wins the hearts of Manasa’s family and finally they accepted. Later he reveals his past related to Vennala. Who is Vennela? Vennu (Anushka) is the sister-in-law of Prabhas. Things turn completely bad then. What is the harsh past between Vennela and Manasa’s family? What happens next? For the rest of the story you must find in theatres….
Analysis:
Prabhas looks super stylish in this film. Prabhas is the major asset of this movie. He carries the film entirely on his shoulders. His enchanting mannerism and comfortable body language will make sense with youngsters. Prabhas’s performance in action episodes and in emotional scenes is outstanding. Brahmanandam manages to bring a small number of laughs. His scenes with Prabhas are good. Richa played one of the lead roles in the film. She is gorgeous in the film. She is not only having a guest role, she played in the entire first half without Anushka. Though the story is different, it reminds you films like Brindavanam, and other films which revolve around family characters. The pace in the second half is bit slow. The climax could have been better. Anushka is Prabhas’s Sister-in-Law. She is also looking gorgeous. Overall movie is just ok.
Performances:
Prabhas did a one man show. His high energetic levels are major plus to the film.
Richa played one of the lead role in the film. She is gorgeous in the film. Anushka is Prabhas’s Sister-in-Law here. Anushka and Richa Gangopadhyaya, Both are gorgeous in the film. Anushka is attractive and perfectly suited for Prabhas. Brahmanandam’s comedy is simply superb. Sathyaraj has done a superior job. Nadiya looks fine as Prabhas’s mother. Adithya Menon, Bannerjee,Subba Raju are done justice to their job. Sampath Raj is effective as the bad guy.
Technicalities:
Koratala Shiva wrote an old story. Screenplay and Direction is good. It is a big negative aspect to the film. Cinematography is good. Editor Kotagiri Venkateswararao could have been better. Devi's music helped a ton in the film's success. Devi Sri Prasad background score was extraordinary. Dialogues are Major asset to Mirchi.
