Aval Payasam / Rice flakes payasam is a very easy payasam that we can make for any festive occassion.So thought to post it for tamil new year .
Ingredients
Preparation Method
- 1 Fry the Aval in ¼ cup Ghee nicely and bOil the same in 1-½ cup Milk and once it bOils nicely add Sugar to it.
- 2 In a separate pan fry Cashew Nutnuts, raisin in golden brown colour and add to the above payasam.
- 3 Add Cardamom Powder to the payasam once when it is done and you turn off the stove
